As part of our Health Ministry, Tai Chi Classes are held every Monday at First Baptist Church.
Time: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Tai-Chi is a graceful, low-impact exercise that works the entire body. The practice focuses more on nurturing your joints rather than stressing them. It can also help:
- Improve: health, balance, and concentration
- Increase blood flow, mobility, upper and lower body strength and endurance
- Reduce stress and prevent arthritis
Like yoga, Tai-Chi has many styles and has always been a marital art. Performed quickly, the moves can be done both passively and aggressively for self-defense.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Comfortable and loose-fitting clothing that won't restrict your movements are best and a comfortable pair of shoes.
